The ASJ spring annual meeting will be held 2-5 March as an online meeting.

- Regular and proposed sessions will be conducted via Zoom meeting.
- A plenary forums will be held via Zoom:
・ "天文教育フォーラム:天文教育普及における評価研究手法" (Zoom meeting)
(This plenary forum will be conducted in Japanese.) - The meeting of all ASJ members will be also conducted via Zoom webinar, and is open only for the ASJ members.
- Award Lectures will be conducted via Zoom webinar.
(Hayashi Chushiro Prize, The ASJ Young Astronomer Award, PASJ Excellent Paper Award) - Press conference will be held on-line only.
- Public lecture will be held via Zoom webinar. (March 6)
- Junior session will be held via Zoom meeting. (March 19)
Registration for Participation
- Participants who will not give a presentation have to register via the webform. Participation fee is free.
- For the participation of non-ASJ members who will not give a presentation, the approval of the annual meeting committee is required.
- For those who have submitted presentation applications, it is NOT necessary to register via the form. But, if you need a participation certificate, please register from the webform.
- If you would like a presentation certificate, you can apply for it after the Annual Meeting.
- Registrants will be given information on how to join the Zoom meeting around February 23.
- The deadline of the registration is February 14 (Mon), 12:00 (JST).

Schedule of the 2022 Spring Annual Meeting
Overview of Regular and Proposed Sessions
- Chair, sub-chair, and time-keeper will be assigned for each session by the Annual Meeting Executive Committee.
- Sub-chair will set up and operate the Zoom meeting.
- Allocated time for oral presentations (a-type presentation) is 12 minutes (9 minutes talk and 3 minutes questions).
- Allocated time for poster presentations with oral presentation (b-type presentation) is 3 minutes.
- There will be no oral presentation for c-type presentation.
- At the end of each 2-hour session, there will be 10 minutes for questions about all the presentations in the 2-hour session.
- If you want to ask a question, please click the "raise hand" button, and wait until your name is called by the chair. The chair will unmute you.
- All presenters and audience should strictly follow instructions by the session chair.

To Speakers:
- Each speaker can share her/his screen in a Zoom meeting.
- In case you cannot share your screen due to some trouble, we ask each speaker to submit her/his presentation file as a backup via website before the meeting.
- The submission is optional. However, for a-type presentations, failure to display your file without submitting a backup file will result in cancellation of the talk. For b-type presentation, due to the limited available time, presenters are asked to give their talks in audio only without slides in case of trouble.
- Naming rule, file format, and maximum file size for a poster file
File name: Presentation number.pdf (e.g. V101a.pdf)
File format: PDF
Maximum file size: 10 MB
File structure: number of pages and dimensions of the poster file are arbitrary. We recommend that you clearly put 1) presentation number 2) author names 3) title on the 1st page even if you have multiple pages in the file, as a thumbnail image of the 1st page will be displayed on a poster viewing site.

- Each presenter has to submit her/his poster file via the form.
- Naming rule, file format, and maximum file size for a poster file

Maximum file size: 10 MB
(You can find your presentation number on this webpage) - Before the deadline, you can resubmit your files as many times as you need. Submission of a file will overwrite the previous submission.
- Slack is used as a discussion platform for poster presentations(slack will also be used for discussions of a-type presentations). We will provide information how to use slack below.
- Core-times for real-time discussion with slack will be set on Day 1, 2, and 3 of the meeting.
- The submission deadline of poster files is 12:00 February 28th.
- The website with poster files will be open on March 2nd.
Slack
- We will send information on how to join the Slack workspace to registrants.
- On the Slack workspace, we have prepared channels for all of the presentations, including a-type, b-type and c-type presentations.
- Presenters should participate the workspace, and add the channel of your presentation.
- Please use corresponding channels to discuss topics specific to individual presentations.
